The roots of Eratalar Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi (Eratalar) goes back to year 2001 when Sedat Eratalar left Andersen (Arthur Andersen) to establish his own company.

Starting operations in 2001 as Eratalar Yönetim Danışmanlığı Anonim Şirketi, Eratalar has been providing financial advisory services to the financial sector (mainly banks). 

In 2012, Eratalar has undergone restructuring and resumed offering a wider range of services with its new corporate title. Increasing its qualified employee base in its new office location, Eratalar continues to broaden its service offering and sector focus.

Eratalar is a member of Transnational Taxation Network (TTN).
